This plan is for those that work out casually and are ready to take it to the next level in learning more about proper form in weightlifting, different machines and begin to take their work out to the next level.
Expert

If you have been lifting for many years and now you feel that you’re at a plateau, Walaalaha Fitness can help you gain more insight on where you are from a scientific perspective and how to trick your body into taking the workout to the next level.
